On this inverter pin 1 is NC.

We have connection of pin 1 to GND. Is it can influence on properly operation of inverter?

    The description on p. 4 of the datasheet says "not connected", and the footnote says "no internal connection". So in theory, it does not matter what you do with this pin.

    In practice, the stub inside the package could act as an antenna and influence other parts of the chip. But that typically happens only if there is an impedance and/or long cables that can pick up external noise. In your case, if your GND were noisy enough to have an effect, you would get worse problems through the actual GND connection.

    Hello,

    Yes, as Clemens mentioned, without the device connected internally, it doesn't really matter what you do with the pin.

    GND works fine.
