I'm using the SN74LVC126ARGYR, could you please advise where should I connect the thermal pad? To GND?

  • This is a FAQ:

    The thermal pad may be connected to the ground plane or left floating. It is not recommended to have the thermal pad connected to any signal traces. This will be the case for most devices, unless it is otherwise specified by the datasheet.
