I have some question about  SN74HCT244.

We have purchased SN74HCT244APW so far.
However, the following data sheet does not mention SN74HCT244APWR.

However, there is description about SN74HCT244PWR.
what is difference  between SN74HCT244APWR and SN74HCT244PWR?
If there is difference between SN74HCT244APWR and SN74HCT244PWR, Could you get the data sheet for SN74HCT244APWR?

Ah, I see your confusion now. The SN74HCT244A is the Japan-only name of the SN74HCT244. I don't know why it was done this way (probably an issue with our US vs JP website), but the parts are the same.

The orderable part number is SN74HCT244PWR or SN74HCT244PWE4, or SN74HCT244PWG4

The TI package code for those orderables is PW.
