Would the SN74LV1T04 be the best choice for translating a 26 MHz clock from 1.8V to 3.3V with a single 3.3V supply?

Hi Mark,
You could also use the SN74LV1T34 (translating buffer).

If you can get access to a 1.8V rail, a more power efficient solution would be the 2N7001T -- I would highly recommend going with that if you can.
