Hi Bryan,

Since you are using the corner case of the operating range of the device, I would suggest to move to the SN74AXCH8T245 which we recently released.
This supports down to 0.65v and hence has tpd min max values of your specific use case listed as 0.5 to 8ns.

Bryan,

according to simulation, Min 0.5ns and max = 10ns. again, this is not guaranteed data since this is not on the datasheet.
