- Signals: SPI_CLK (16.5MHz), /CS, SPI_DI, SPI_DO, /HOLD, /WP
Questions:
1. External pull up
As datasheet request, the external pull up has to be more than 50Kohm if it is required external pull.
For example, the application is not bi-direction. If input is at A side, and B side is output. Is this rule, external pull up over 50Kohm, also applying to input (A) side?
2. Thermal effect
What's kind of electrical parameter that will be easy to affect by thermal?
