TXS0108E-Q1: Faulty batch?

Hi,

We are having problems with some of our TXS0108E-Q1 level shifters.

All the shifters have the same "batch marking" 76T G4 HP4N and are mounted in the same way.

Does any one know if this particulary bacht has faulty circuts in it?

What is the faulty issue with the devices? Is there a schematic and scopeshot of the issue to share?

Is this project in production for sometime and seeing the issues with this? Have the 'bad' devices swapped with other known good devices and seem to work? Have the 'bad' devices swapped into the known good working boards and still doesnt work?
