Hello,

Could you provide the characteristics curve(gragh) showing the relationship for VCC(Vertical) and VOH(Horizontal) with each IOH condition(-4mA, -8mA, -12mA and -24mA)?

The datasheet show only min value for VOH. But customer want to know the variation of VOH since reciever device is TTL type buffer which has variation of sink current.

    This data is not currently available for this device. Will your customer be operating this device at 3.3V? If we can narrow down the requirement, then we can provide the relevant data.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Yes, customer is using 3.3V typically, and worst case 3.6V is expected.
    Could you provide the data for each condition?

    This data is for the worst case - ie we can guarantee that this device will never get any worse than these curves.
