Hi Lilian,

This device supports level two isolation. For more info on what that means please refer to the app note below. (the isolation levels are on page 3 and 4)

If we have any logic family device support level 3 isolation? Thank you.

My customer's requirement is :

1. Level 3 isolation

2. >=2 bits, unidirection

3. buffer, level shift, logic, both are ok.

4. Transmitter and Receiver signal is LVCMOS/LVTTL

Hi Lilian,

We don't really have anything that fits those requirements. Most of our devices with level 3 isolation are in the GTL/GTLP family and those are app specific devices. Here's a device you can take a look at that may work for them: SN74VMEH22501
