Further to the information regarding the junction temperature for this device, I'm also using SN74LVC1G18DCKR and SN74LV161APWR parts which also have no junction temperature specified in the data sheets. The data sheets for these parts quote ThetaJA but only include maximum operating temperature. We de-rate our components to ensure that the junction temperature is not exceeded so as to improve the reliability of the product. The TJ for SN74LVC8T245PWR was quoted as 150 degree C. Is this temperature true for the other two parts? Thanks
