SN74AHC244: SN74AHC244 - recommended operative temperature

Part Number: SN74AHC244

Hello Team,

I'm checking the TSSOP package for the SN74AHC244.

All the ordering parts are up to 85C while in the datasheet is written that the recommended operative temperature is up to 125C.

Can you clarify the mismatch and if 125C is supported by the SN74AHC244?

What is the ordering part number for 125C?

The 54AHC can support the 125C but are military part.

Alternative would be the SN74AHC244 Q1 but please confirm the datasheet/ordering part number mismatch.

    Hi SunSet,
    The SN74AHC244 was recharacterized for 125C operation in 2015. The orderables addendum information is incorrect, and I will work to get that corrected. I'm not sure what the timeframe will be for the datasheet to be updated, however I would expect it to be at least several weeks.
