How much is input impedance in case of Vcc=5.0V? 5V(VCC)/12mA(IOH)?

    I am a little confused -- you want to know how the input impedance changes based on the output current?

    This is a CMOS logic gate -- the input impedance will always be very large, based on the leakage current at the input given in the datasheet:

    Input capacitance (typical, to ground):  2.3 pF, given in datasheet at Ci

    Input resistance (minimum, to ground): 5.5 MΩ, calculated from datasheet value Ii and the supply voltage

    Neither of these values is related to the output current.
