Please help to confirm what is the VIH and VIL as Vcc=0.8~1.1V

Hi Daniel,

You can use the .65 x VCC for 1.05 V. Since we don't characterize at that voltage I can't fully guarantee it, but CMOS thresholds are typically .5 X VCC so using .65 x VCC will give some margin to account for any process and temp shift.
