Hello E2E team,

My customer is using SN74LVC1G32DCK, and has questions as below. Please answer. Thank you in advance.

Vcc= 3.3V, Y= Open

What is the Max(Icc) in each truth table?

A	B	Y	ICC?
0V	0V	0V
0V	3.3V	3.3V
3.3V	0V	3.3V
3.3V	3.3V	3.3V

If there's 10uA Load on Y, how much Icc can be increased?

I don't understand what the delta ICC stands for in the datasheet. Could you please explain in detail?

Hi Kenneth,

Please refer to page 45 of the app note for delta Icc and its definition:
www.ti.com/.../szza036c.pdf

As per the datasheet, the Icc in all the above cases will be <25uA across temperature and process variation.
The condition on the d/s is there is no load on Y (open), but depending on the loading, the Icc will increase by that amount. The operative Icc may be higher than static Icc. Refer to the app note:
