Hi Team,

I can see around 150uA leak current with following condition. Does this opperation have any issue?

VCCA: 5V

VCCB: <300mV

DIR = GND = 0V

What is the status of the IO pins? Where is the leakage current being observed?
The IO pins must be held in a known state during partial power down condition. Having a weak pulldown on the IO pins should be good.

Thank you for your reply.
Leakage current is applied at VCCA. A and B pins are pulled-up by 100kohms.

Kotaro san,

Please send the schematics if available. If the pullups are used, it should have a defined state on the IO ports. The current shouldn't be high.

Is it possible to use pulldown resistors to gnd and check the current consumption?
