We are using SN74AVC32T245 level translator for level translation of RGB interface from 3V3 to 1V8.

The Operating frequency is 20MHz.

Port A is connected to LCD and Port B is connected to Controller. VCCA=1.8V and VCCB=3.3V

The trace lengths of RGB signals in Port A of SN74AVC32T245 will be around 3 inches.

Sakthivel,

I would not anticipate any trouble for the active buffered drive device such as the SN74AVC32T245 to have issues to support 20Mhz.
Are you using all the 32 channels? if not, you could also consider using the SN74AXC8T245 ( up to 200Mbps for 1.8V trans) which might make it easier to handle routing of the signals by spreading out the devices across the boards.
