I had check the datasheets of SN74AVC4T245 and SN74AVCH4T245 device, but I can't see the difference between them.

Could you share me what the main difference between SN74AVC4T245 and SN74AVCH4T245 ? Thanks a lot.

Hi Went,

The main difference is the bushold circuitry on the SN74AVC'H'4T245.
This ensures that the last known state of the IO pin is maintained while the input is left floating especially useful in backplane cards.
