CD74HC4020: IBIS Model

Part Number: CD74HC4020
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD74HC4040, SN74HC244

Hi Everyone!

I need a IBIS model for "CD74HC4020" and"CD74HC4040".

I'd like to use "CD74HC4020" and"CD74HC4040" at Vcc:3.3V.
There is only Vcc4.5V and Vcc2.0V value(eg:Voh, Vol) on "Data Sheet" .
There isn't Vcc3.3V(Vcc) value.
And There isn't "IBIS" Model on WEB site.
Therefore I'd like to evaluate with "IBIS" model for circuit design.

May I have the IBIS model.
If you have any information then please let me know.

Best Regards
Shing

  • Hi Shing,

Since IBIS models simulate the Input/Ouput buffer signal integrity, you can use any device in the SN74HC (all of which share the same I/O buffers) family to model this. You can find an IBIS model on the SN74HC244 product folder.
  • Hi Dylan -san

    Thank you your reply

I found the Vcc3.3V IBIS model in SN74HC244 product folder.
I'd like to believe to use this "IBIS Model"

    CD74HCxxxx and SN74HCxxxx is a different series.
Therefore I have to a recognition that is only a guide.

    Is this recognition true?

    Best Regards
    Shing
