2N7001T: Switching waveform

At 3.3 V, the drive strength of the 2N7001T is 12 mA, which is similar to that of the AC244.

Section 8.3.2 of the datasheet says:

The drive capability of this device may create fast edges into light loads, so routing and load conditions should be considered to prevent ringing.

To reduce the drive strength, you can add a series resistor to the output.

If actual waveform of 2N7001T is like AC244 as Clemens said, it isn't good even add a series resistor from our experience.

Do you have any other device for similar function with waveform like LV244A?

What is the voltage node required? The 2N7001T is a voltage translator but the LV244A is a buffer.

There are many options for buffers and can be optimized according to the voltage of operation.

I have filtered the non-inverting buffers for low drive strength(IOH / IOL) and up to 8channels.

Does "up and down" imply that the signal line is bidirectional? Or is there more than one line? (In the latter case, how many, in which direction?)
