SN74LVC1G14: SN74LVC1G14 IC pin5 supply current abnormal，why？

Part Number: SN74LVC1G14

Now we check IC supply current at room temperature. When IC use 4.5V power supply, input pin A connect to GND or VCC, supply current Icc near 1mA;

But when we give 2.0Vdc to pinA; Icc current jump to 10-13mA; why supply current change so much?
