    Carlo,

    See this FAQ post for logic on max operating frequency.

    You can also perform IBIS simulations to evaluate fanout and to estimate max frequency.   This will allow you to model the pullup resistor with the open drain output.

    There is not a specific IBIS model for the EP version.   However, the commercial version is representative and can be found here:

    The same answers apply for the SN74LVC1G08MDCKREP, except that it is push-pull vs open drain.
