SN74LVC244A-Q1: The values of tsu/th aren't shown in the datasheet

Setup and hold times are timing requirements for a timing input. This device does not have a clock input so it doesn't make sense for there to be a setup and hold time listed. The definitions for each of our parameters in the datasheets are defined here: http://www.ti.com/lit/an/szza036c/szza036c.pdf

I think all the people should know what tsu/th mean and those shouldn't be applicable for this IC, but the datasheet says those, so my customer looked for the actual timing required for this IC.

I am sorry to hear this. We make our timing diagrams generic for each of the datasheets so they can be used in multiple datasheets. It is meant more as an aid on the description of the parameters listed in the datasheets.
