TXS0104E: we meet TXS0104 has a glitch issue on output pin when power on status.

so the glitch symptom is cause by the EN is tie to the VCC? some leakage is from VCCA/B to output pin, right?

The circuitry needs a minimum voltage to be able to work correctly. For V_CCB, this is 2.3 V.

customer delay enable pin after VccA/B build up but the glitch symptom still there on failure part.

now customer want to know if this is TXS0104E normal case? if yes, can you help to explain more detail why happen this glitch?

There is no delay on the OE pin in the schematic.

As far as I know, glitches do not happen when OE is tied to ground.

Yes, the OE pin is tie to VCCA in schematic but customer feedback they still see the glitch after cut the trace and tie OE to the ground.

I already ask for FA process but customer still request BU can provide the root cause for this. thanks!!
