LSF0108: overshoot and undershot at B side

Part Number: LSF0108

Dear Expert,

Customer use our LSF0108 for level shift function and cannot recognize device.

We find a overshoot/undershoot at pulse waveform. Could you give your comments about this issue?

  • Hi Ben,

It seems that the input is at 1.8V and the output is at 3.3V ; hence translation is working as expected. The LSF is over voltage tolerant and hence there are no issues with over voltages. Not recognizing the device is not due to the over voltage.

Instead of 30k pullup resistor, you can consider having stronger pullup which will speed up the rise time of the signal which might help.
