As thread title, do we have inverter logic with 2 channel?  Maybe like 100ms delay, thanks.

    There is no single device that could do this.

    It might be possible to create a long delay with an RC circuit in front of a Schmitt trigger or comparator.

    How accurate must the delay be? What is the actual problem you're trying to solve?
