SN74AUP1G80: The initial logical level of Q output of SN74AUP1G80

Part Number: SN74AUP1G80

Hi, TI experts

Q output feed back to D pin through a 10K resistor on custom design like what is shown on figure 7 in SN74AUP1G80 datasheet. But there is no overide input to D pin.

As far as I know, Q output of SN74AUP1G80 is not a certain state of low or high level. But I think it should be either low or high state, I mean the voltage level of this pin should be close to 0V or 3.3V if +3.3V power supply used.  Is this true?

Best Regards
