SN74LVC1G17: Need typical data for Electrical Characteristics

HI Team,

There is not any TYPICAL data for Electrical Characteristics in datasheet, including VT+, VT- . My customer need these typical data. Could we provide them?

Hi Garrick,

The typical char are not guaranteed and depends on the device PVT specs ( Temp is usually 25C for typical values). What is guaranteed by the datasheet is the min / max specs only.

Why does the customer require the typical char and what are the test conditions? I can try to look if we have the data.

Please check these typical data under room temperature. Customer need them for circuit design calculation instead of using max or min. Thanks.

Hi Garrick,

I found the typical data for 2.3V and 4.5V Vcc below:


    1.38      V           VTP_2p3V         
  780.000   mV        VTN_2p3V

    2.47 V                 VTP_4p5V         
    1.67  V                VTN_4p5V


To reiterate, this is not guaranteed for all the shipped out devices from TI and min/max on datasheet is to be considered while designing.
