Hi Team,

My customer is working with CD4093B, they need to know what is the maximum output voltage (Vout) of each of the NAND gates when the the gate input voltage (Vin) is maximized? Also, what is the maximum switch speed for this quad NAND gate part?

    What supply voltage is the device being used at?

    What you are asking me is what is the VOH of this device. This is a NAND gate so it will NAND the inputs together. The VOH or Output high voltage can be found in the datasheet and depends on the supply being used. It also depends on the load because the output high voltage will decrease as more current is sourced from our device.

    For example, you can see in the datasheet that Vout will be 13.5V with a supply of 15V when 6.8mA typ is being sourced out of the device.
