Hello:
We are using the SN74LVC1G17DPWR ie the X2SON-5 package, suffix DPW, in a pcb where for other reasons we wish to have the outer copper be 2oz after plating.
Will this be ok for clearances? We asked our assembly shop (Screaming Circuits in Oregon, fab subbed to Sunstone). They said they had multiple previous experience assembling this part ok, but that we should ask TI re 2oz copper.
So here I am.
Any info?
