Hello,

 

We  are using SINGLE 3-INPUT POSITIVE AND GATE SN74LVC1G11-EP. And we need to ensure that its output stays at 0 during power up and power down.

During power up, can the output be momentarily driven high by the IC ? Up to what voltage ?

Would a pull down keep the output low and avoid this issue ?

During power down, can the output be momentarily driven high by the IC ? Up to what voltage ?

    Yes, this could be the case, the datasheet does not guarantee output condition during powerup. The output voltage will be the same as the VCC voltage.

    If the device tries to drive the output high, it will do so. There is no enable pin on this device to keep the output in Hi-Z

    Similar to power up, there can be a change on the output depending on the Vcc voltage. If Vcc is 1.65 for example, then output will be 1.65.
