SN74LVC1G125: delay time

I'm looking for the 3-state buffer which delay time is shorter than SN74LVC1G125DCKR and pin-compatible device. Do you have recommend device?

The fastest family is AUC, but the SN74AUC1G125 does not go above 2.5 V. At 3.3 V, there is nothing faster than LVC.

Hi,

For another topic, I'm looking for the TI part for TC74LCX125FK.

Condition are :

- Pin compatible with TC74LCX125FK

- Vdd range = 3.3V ~ 5V

The SN74LVC1G125A is not available in the VSSOP package. (TI uses VSSOP only for Little Logic devices.)

Hi Nagata,

Unfortunately TI does not offer a buffer that is exactly pin compatible with this device.

However if the pin compatibility becomes non-issue, the SN74LV126A might suit your needs.
