SN74HC4060: How to trigger a MOSFET with only 1.67 volts DC

Part Number: SN74HC4060
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UAF42, CD40109B, LM555, TMUX6119

I have a programmable Crystal driven by a 3.3volt DC supply sending a signal to Pin11 of an SN74HC4060 Ripple Counter. The same 3.3 volt supply goes to Pin16.

The signal emitted from Pin1 is 1.67 volts DC.

Can anyone please advise how I can trigger a MOSFET that requires a minimum of 2 volts DC with this 1.67volts signal?

Thank you so much.
