SN74HC4060: How to trigger a MOSFET with only 1.67 volts DC

This depends on how fast the edges are. What are the specifications of the oscillator output? Is there a datasheet?

What are the rise/fall times of these two signals? Voltage levels? Square wave or sine wave? Is there a datasheet?

You will probably gathered by now that I know little about electronics, so I am struggling to answer your questions, sadly.

The signal generated is square wave and as far as I was aware the rise and fall times were equal.

I have attached a datasheet.

Is it too much to ask that you sketch a connection for a MOSFET for me please?

I assume it will need to be an N type?

The aim is to convert my 3.3 voly frequency into a 15 volt frequency that I can then send the the UAF42 to convert insto a sine wave before going to an amplifier.

If you want to send the 15 V signal into an analog amplifer, then it should be driven by a symmetric buffer, i.e., two complementary MOSFETs. The simplest solution for that would be a CMOS level shifter like the CD40109B.

Is there a connection circuit that I could use please?

My whole cicuit consists of a LM555 timer set at 5 minute intervals.

The outout signal goes to a TMUX6119 that sends the +15 volt signal to a voltage reduction circuit that then feeds the two crystal in sequence with 3.3 volts DC.

After the Ripple Counter, I then want to send the two frequency signals to two separate UA42 circuits, the ouput from which then goes to a LM4782TA_NOPB Amplifier.

Your colleagues have kindly help me verify the other elements of the circuit, it is just this last section of converting my 3.3 volt signal back up to a +15 volt signal.

You kind assistance would be greatly appreciated please as my normal electronics guy is seriously ill in hospital.

If you're already using the TMUX6119, then you can simply use another one to convert a 3.3 V signal to 15 V: connect the counter output to SEL, SA = GND, SB = 15 V (and EN high).
