If there Ψjt and Ψjb specification for 56pin microstar junior package, please let me know.

Target IC are SN74LVC16244AZQLR and SN74LVC16245AZQLR, these are already obsoleted and no information. 

Below application is described only θja, θjc, and θjb.

    Satoshi san,

    These ustar BGA packages will be EOL by TI in short time with limited replacements.  TI strongly encourages customers to switch to alternate packages / devices if starting to work on new projects. Would you consider looking at the TSSOP package or 2*SN74LVC244A in the X1QFN package which is just 16mm2 in total area?

    Thank you for reply,

    Customer is looking TSSOP package and comparing the thermal specification of TSSOP and ustar BGA.

    For that reason customer requested Ψjt and Ψjb specification of ustar BGA(56 pin).
