NiPdAu or Sn is used for SN74LV1T34DCKR, right?

2. Relative humidity under temperature and humidity test conditions: 85% or more / Less than 85%
3. Test time under temperature and humidity test conditions: 2000 hours more / Less than 2000 hours
4. Test result whisker length: 55 μm or more / Less than 55 μm
