What about the current drive output capability at 100Mbps? Is it 50mA at Vccb = 3.3V?
requirements are: 100Mbps (i.e. 10ns minimum pulse widths), 1ns or less rise/fall times, and 50 Ohm drive or at least be able to put out 50mA with 3.3V on the VCCB rail.
Could you please tell me if 2N7001T could meet my requirments?If not, tell me another parts.
