Hi team,
For LSF0102-Q1, can you let me know about the Low level spec of EN pin?
Thanks,
Sam Lee

The EN pin is not a digital input, but is connected directly to the gate of the reference transistor:
To deactivate the LSF, you can pull the EN pin low with any open-drain/open-collector driver (SN74xxx07) or transistor; see the training video Using the Enable Pin with the LSF Family.
Hi Clemens,
Thank you for your reply. I have one more question.
What is the sink current for 200kohm pull up? I need the spec for EN pin and Vref_B.
Thanks,
Sam Lee
The threshold voltage is somewhere below 1 V. For the worst case, assume 0.5 V, which results in a current of (Vref_B − Vref_A − 0.5 V) / 200 kΩ flowing into Vref_A and out of Vref_B.
If you pull EN low, the current is Vref_B / 200 kΩ.
