Dear Team,
Can you base on the below schematic to calculate the temperature on the case?
It should related to power loss and Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance, right?

Subtracting RθJC(top) from RθJA gives a case-to-ambient thermal resistance of RθC(top)A = 114.7 °C/W − 48.4 °C/W = 66.3 °C/W.
For the power dissipation, see [FAQ] How do I Calculate Power Consumption or Current Consumption for my CMOS Logic Device?
So the case temperature is the ambient temperature plus Ptotal × RθC(top)A.
