Can you base on the below schematic to calculate the temperature on the case?

It should related to power loss and Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance, right?

Subtracting R_θJC(top) from R_θJA gives a case-to-ambient thermal resistance of R_θC(top)A = 114.7 °C/W − 48.4 °C/W = 66.3 °C/W.

So the case temperature is the ambient temperature plus P_total × R_θC(top)A.
