Please use the screen shot function of the oscilloscope so that the image is readable.

Which one is the input?

CMOS inputs are high impedance, so their voltage is determined only be the other device that is driving them. Please show a schematic of your circuit.

HI,

there are all input. channel1 is input A, 2 is inputB. The 1Y is same as channel 1

Please show everything else that is connected to the LED_R, LED_R_PWM, and LED_R_PWM_COM signals.
