We are looking for a pin to pin solution which support Vcc=1.5V,

Could you please help to suggest it?

If there is no p2p solution, do you have any other solution which can support Vcc=1.5V?

The SN74AUC1G125 and SN74AUP1G125 can run at 1.5 V. Their overvoltage tolerances are not as high as with LVC.

Hi Clemens,

We are looking for the instead part which p2p with 74LVC2G125DP and 74LVC1G126GW and support at 1.5V even 1.35V.

Could you please help to suggest it?

You can use the SN74AUP2G125DCUR and the SN74AUP1G126DCKR for this.

After checked I just found the SN74AUP2G125DCUR is p2p with 74LVC2G125DC but not 74LVC2G125DP.

Could you please help to double confirm it?

If so, do you have any other solution can meet it?

Hi Ann,

Our AUP family has our lowest power devices. Unfortunately, we offer a limited number of packages for the SN74AUP2G125 and the SN74AUP2G126. If none of the packages for these two devices are p2p, you'll need to use the SN74LVC2G125 & SN74LVC2G126, which will not meet your Vcc = 1.5V requirement.
