Is it possible for SN74AXC8T245-Q1 /OE to pull up to VCCB?

Why /OE can't pull high to VCCB level?

The OE input can be pulled up to V_CCA or to a higher voltage. You can pull it up to V_CCB only if V_CCB ≥ V_CCA.

Hi,

Clemens is correct. Section 6.3 says that control ratings can be up to 3.6V.
