I need to ranslate a 1,8V UART (GPS module) to a 3,3UART of ESP32 MCU.
Attached there is my schematic .
Could you please validate it ?
This will work.
But you could just as well use a single SN74AVC2T245.

As Clemens stated, your current implementation will work but there may be room to improve the circuit. I'd recommend our newly released SN74AXC2T245 which will be perfect for this application.

I need something which I can solder on the PCB by hand. Thats why I choose the one bit model. If you have some dual bit like SN74AXC2T245 I can solder could you please suggest ?
In addition, my application need to be low power. I see in the datasheet "Low Power Consumption, 4-µA Max ICC" . Could you please advice how to make the device working in low power mode? Please consider the MCU wakes up every 20 minutes and ask data to the GPS (uart activity).

All 2T245 shifters are available only in QFN.
You have unidirectional signals; the SN74LV1T34 would be cheaper than the SN74LVC1T45.
All CMOS logic devices have low power consumption, and the maximum value is the worst-case leakage current at the most extreme temperatures; expect some nA under normal conditions.
