I need the spice model for SN74HCT04 and SN74AHCT08BQPWRQ1 for my simulation. Please help me with the model.

The above code is not giving the characteristics of an Inv IC
Our Spice models work in subcircuit layers; the line you pasted above calls another module further down in the code.
It might be that your Spice simulator cannot find the rest of the code, and I'd recommend you use either TINA-TI or PSpice to simulate.
