Hi,

I am using LSF0108 in my design to translate 1.8V signal to 3.3V, unidirectional from lover voltage to higher voltage. I have missed the pull up on 3.3V side, and getting signal as 1.65v at B side. Are pull up are must with LSF0108? Is their any similer device with internal pullups availble in 20 pin TSSOP package so we can do drop in replacement ?
