Hi Team

Would you advise the total current consumption at Vcca=3V and Vccb=open.

I found below table in datasheet. Then Icca + Iccb < 1uA, is my understand correct?

For total current consumption, how should we think about Ii(DIR)?

Yes, in that sitation, the supply current (flowing into V_CCx and out of GND) is < 1 µA.

If any inputs have a voltage applied to them, then you have to add the leakage current for each such pin.

Yes, I agree with Clemens so long as you mean VCCB = 0V.

VCCB = open is ambiguous and allows the possibility that charge could couple onto the line causing issues.

As noted in the table, it is for known voltages.
