SN74AVC2T245: When system be power down, does control and data pin become Hi-Z?

Hi Sir,

As the title, customer would like to re-confirm the status of SN74AVC2T245 during the power down.

If system be power down does control pin (DIR, OE) and data pin (A/B port) become Hi-Z?

BTW, their OE connect to GND directly.
