Hi Sir,
My customer is using SN74AVC4T245-Q1 (3.3V to 1.8V) and signal test result is failed.
When clock passes through level shift, the duty cycle will attenuate 6%, the spec in device side is 45% to 55%, however, now is only ~40%.
Yellow signal is output from level shift, Blue signal is input to level shift.
We use in RGMII clock is 125MHz ,Data is 250 Mbps 3.3V to 1.8V, if need to recommend a new part with faster response, please help to check pin to pin, same package, AEC-Q100.
