Hi sir,

I have a question on LSF0102 application.

Can this device be used on high frequency pulse signal input?

My design is input vlotage 1.5V, freq. 20MHz, pulse signal, need output 3.3V transfer.

Please find below.

where is the problem? or I selected the wrong device.

The LSF supports signals up to 100 MHz if you are using extremely strong pull-up resistors. I do not know what pull-up resistors you are using, but those pulses are too short.

The fastest translator for unidirectional signals is the SN74AXC2T45.

Actually the input signal is a pulse signal with a voltage value of 1.05V and a repetition rate of 20MHz.

What matters is not the repetition rate but the length of a single pulse. 1 / 100 MHz = 10 ns, but your pulses are shorter.

The LSF is the wrong device. Use the AXC.
