CD74AC14: Threshold voltage (high and low) for the CD74AC14M when VCC is 3.3V or 3V

Hi Team,

A customer would like to know the threshold voltage (high and low) for the CD74AC14M when VCC is 3.3V or 3V. The datasheet shows the values at 5V only.

Hi Danilo,

Since the datasheet doesn't include any other values, I can't guarantee anything, however I can provide a general guideline.

These values are found via linear interpolation using all values at 0V with 0V supply as the second data point. While this isn't a perfect method for determining thresholds, it is a reasonable estimation for most applications since the thresholds will scale with voltage.
