SN74LV14A: Regulations under X-ray environment

Part Number: SN74LV14A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN54AC14-SP

Dear TI Team

We received an inquiry from our customer as to whether or not there is a problem with placing the SN74LV14APWR in an X-ray environment.

If you look at the website of TI, you will find the following description regarding the regulations under the X-ray environment.
https://www.ti.com/support-quality/reliability/reliability-home.html

"X-RAY information

TI does not typically specify acceptable x-ray levels on the device datasheet.Experience has shown that most TI products will NOT be sensitive to typical x-ray inspection (with typical exposures <100 rad(Si)).X-ray exposures over these limits, however, may cause damage to the device and should be avoided."

Is it okay to recognize that when the SN74LV14APWR is placed in an X-ray environment, it must comply with the specifications above?
(Or are there any other rules in addition to the above rules?)
