SN74AUP1T34: Output status at power down

Part Number: SN74AUP1T34

Hello,

I'd like to double check when both VCCA and VCCB are unpowered:

- that the output will remain HiZ when input voltage is 3.3V (generated by external source that is powered earlier than the VCCA/B).

- there will not be any excessive input current (e.g. due to ESD diodes).

Can you please confirm the above questions?

Thanks,

Josef

  • The datasheet says:

The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.

The VCC isolation feature ensures that if VCCA input is at GND, the B port is in the high-impedance state. If VCCB input is at GND, any input to the A side does not cause the leakage current even floating.
